After 50 years in the food business, I decided to come out of retirement and open a restaurant that brings together my favorites from all my years in the business. I've been involved as co-owner in two legendary restaurants in the Kansas City area, Joe's Barn Restaurant and Arthur Bryant's Barbeque. Now I'm marrying those All American favorites, fried chicken/comfort food and barbeque under one roof. I am committed to quality food, good service, clean surroundings, and affordable prices and what the whole family to feel at home at Berbiglis's Roost.
